**Return Policy:**
Thank you for shopping with us at "Bay Wrist Wraps LLC. DBA Bay Gear Co. We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
**Return Period:**
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process:
- Find the Return & Exchange portal at the bottom footer of the main menu.
- enter required information in the portal, and follow the steps required in the returns and exchange portal.
**Return Shipping:**
- Customers will receive a paid for return shipping label via email.
- Print the return label and adhere to the outside of the packaging.
- Customers are required to provide their own shipping package. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Drop off your Return product at the shipping carrier office.
- *We recommend keeping your receipt until the item is received at our warehouse.
**Refund:**
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Exchanges: all exchanges will be sent out once the returned item is received and inspected.
**Exceptions:**
Certain items, such as personalized, clearance items, or marked items, may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.
