Yes. Bay Gear Co. is veteran-owned and operated by
U.S. Marine Corps veteran Brian Young and based in Sebastian, Florida. Brian
started the brand in 2017 as a 19-year-old active-duty Marine, selling wrist
wraps out of his barracks room at Camp Lejeune, NC. It relaunched as Bay Wrist
Wraps in October 2023 and became Bay Gear Co. We currently outsource work to active-duty service
members and veterans 

Bay
Gear Co. gear is not made in China. We picked our materials and
manufacturers after testing many options, because cheaper gear wears out faster
and you end up buying it again. Our wrist wraps, knee sleeves, knee wraps, and
elbow wraps are built with reinforced stitching for long-lasting use. Most of our products are made in Pakistan or the USA

Yes. Orders of $49 or more on baygearco.com ship free,
whether you’re buying a few accessories or a full bundle like the Heavy Hitter
or Lock & Load. Bundles are an easy way to hit the free-shipping minimum
and save on matching gear. $6.99 for orders under $49, carriers used, and
typical delivery times within 3-5 business days. We currently do not ship

Orders
placed on baygearco.com by 3 PM Eastern ship the same day, so the earlier you
order, the sooner your wrist wraps, straps, sleeves, or belt go out. Items
marked as back-ordered on the product page ship on the timeline shown there.
Orders placed after 3pm est on Fridays will ship on the following Monday. We do
not ship orders on National holidays and orders placed on holidays will ship
the next business day. All tracking information will be sent the day the

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to
return an item. It must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Start your return in the Return & Exchange portal linked in the site
footer. We’ll email you a prepaid return label, and you’ll need to pack the
item yourself. Once we inspect the item, approved refunds go back to your
original payment method.

If anything arrives damaged or defective, email
info@baygearco.com right away with your order number (photos help), and we’ll
arrange a replacement. Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem so
we can get replacement gear to you quickly. Our policy is simple: damaged or
defective items get replaced. Damaged or defective items must be reported within
the first week of delivery. 

Military, first responder, and teachers can receive a
20% discount when verified with GOVX. An active-duty Marine founded Bay Gear
Co., and we’re still veteran-owned and operated today. We also hire active-duty
service members and veterans for design, photography, and ad work. 

Every
baygearco.com order is covered by our 30-day return policy for unused items in
their original condition. If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email
info@baygearco.com and we’ll arrange a replacement. Our wraps and sleeves are
built with reinforced stitching to hold up to heavy training.

Walmarts website as well as on baygearco.com. Our website carries our prints
and bundles, and orders of $49 or more ship free there. Orders placed on Amazon
or Walmart follow that marketplace’s shipping and return policies. 

Measure your body instead of guessing from clothing
sizes. For knee sleeves, measure around your kneecap with your leg straight,
and size down if you’re between sizes for a snug fit. For elbow sleeves,
measure around your elbow. For belts, measure your waist where the belt will
sit. Wrist wraps, knee wraps, and elbow wraps are one size fits all. Still
