size fits all, and made from durable elastic with reinforced stitching. Each
one has a slip-on loop, so you can put them on without a partner. Slide the
loop just below your knee, then wrap upward in overlapping passes and pull for
tension as you go. Take the wraps off between heavy sets.

Hand wash your Bay Gear Knee Wraps, don’t use bleach,
and let them air dry. Skipping the washing machine and dryer helps the elastic
and the hook-and-loop closure last longer and keeps the prints looking sharp.
Close the hook-and-loop strip before washing so it doesn’t snag. Rinse sweaty
wraps after hard sessions so odor doesn’t build up.
